Gardens

Dollardstown House sits on 20 acres of mature parkland, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere here. Although the parkland is grazed by cattle, most of the gardens can be enjoyed by our guests. The Behan family always were keen gardeners. Andrew is a horticulturalist. And it shows. There are many plants and trees to be enjoyed. Some trees have been around since the times of Napoleon! (Nelson’s ship was made partly with trees from Dollardstown.)
